  • Reader questions. Setup help, refund process questions, comparison requests — we do not bill for this and we cannot give legal advice.
  • Partnership / affiliate enquiries. Please include your platform, current commission terms and a link to your dashboard.

What not to send

  • Cold outreach for guest posts on unrelated topics — we do not publish guest posts.
  • Link insertion offers — see our editorial policy.
  • Press releases on unrelated SaaS products.
